The illegitimate lovechild of Sergio Aragones and Akira Toriyama, sprung to life by Evan on traditional paper and digitally transferred, appears Fridays/Saturdays. Here, on Newgrounds.

We celebrate the holidays this year deep below the Earths crust in our secret bunker. We have just managed to put out the fires, herd the mutants back into thier pits, and refiltrate the air into something breathable.

In the meantime, our strip, Treasure of the Robo King, has gained sentience and demanded we make mulitple changes to itself (as well as mentioning a strange and foriegn concept called "compensation").

Even now our Story-Scientists are switching the techno-magical mold on Treasure of the Robo King to the ADVENTURE setting. This will transfigure Treasure of the Robo King forever into something new and different. We have asked our Compu-Tron, repeatedly, if this is a good idea or bad idea. It only started to smoke, and make strange gurgling sounds. We took that as a YES. For this reason (and not video games), Treasure of the Robo King will be taking a three week hiatus while we let the new techno-magic mold cool.

From our secret bunker we wish you all a Merry Christmas, and the happiest of New Years. We believe a certain cast of vagrants, no good-doer's and dum dum's have something to say to you as well.

This is all the result of the latest War Room meeting. We've had reports many viewer's sensor diodes were being overloaded having TWO comic strips in just one day. We apologize. When you get your new set of eye balls and pleasure accentuators installed, please check out JTvister 's strip, it exploded just today, in high orbit!

Also got some bad guys I finally put to paper. Lizzy Wizzard (the little guy), he has little actual magical power, and relies on magical artifacts to make him appear as a great wizard. His two henchmen NumbSkull and Stone Head, are not the brightest. They are however- best buds, love comics, not cleaning thier rooms, and being evil. My kind of guys!

I am pleased how they came out, particularly LIzzy and Numb Skull. I think Stone head needs more military gear... or maybe some cub scout gear ;)

Oh, and there is a devil girl for Castle Blood now.

Duckling Star is about the day in the life of a young, female Security guard at a galactic water-park- The Duck Star. Debbie Hart, the star of the comic, is quite endearing with both a serious and goofy side. Through the course of a single issue she nabs some bad guys and learns a little about herself. Her costume/Character design is both the most ridiculous thing I have seen in a while and the coolest. The comics greatest strengths though, are the action sequences. All of the action is well thought out with great timing, and in general you can tell Daniel is in his element doing action scenes.

For criticisms I have two. There were a few hiccups in the story telling where it took too long for me to figure out what was going on. Some of this was sometimes not understanding a characters intentions because we the reader aren't given quite enough information. Secondly, and this relates to storytelling, is the unevenness of the art, sometimes the art doesn't have enough detail to make out at a glance what is going on. All that said I thought both of these were minor issues and something that can easily be ironed out in future issues, because the foundation is solid.

Overall I thought the set up and setting was unique and interesting with her being a guard at a galactic water park. Debbie Hart herself a great character, the side characters were original and fun too (I particularly liked the Olympic perv). There was a solid twist in the story and by the end a hero has been born. Well done!
